This fringer is made from carefully chosen hi-tech synthetic materials and comes with my personal guarantee. It will reliably fringe from 3mm to 18mm paper and is the product of 4 years research and testing that builds on over 1,300 of our “World’s Best” all metal fringers sold around the world without a single failed machine.
The adjusting hex key clips under the fringer. It is easily adjusted for width of paper (with a finger touch paper guide), length of cut across the paper and pitch (distance between cuts).
The fringer is blister packed and the full colour backing contains instructions for use, tips for fringing and a history of the development of the fringer. Consider our graduated paper that makes those wonderful flowers.
